Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via ffhomeware.ch.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Contract
All product listings on our website are non-binding.
A purchase contract is concluded only when:
- we confirm your order via email, or
- the goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in justified cases (e.g., stock shortages, payment issues).
Delivery
We ship internationally.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (may vary by destination).
We work with different logistics partners depending on the region and product size.
Shipping fees (CHF):
- Standard Parcel: 9.90 / free over 150.–
- Oversized Parcel: 12.– / free over 300.–
- Freight: 100.– / free over 600.–
All items are shipped as parcels unless otherwise stated.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in CHF and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods:
- PayPal
- Credit Cards (via Stripe)
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact: orders@ffhomeware.ch
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Refunds are issued after the returned goods have been inspected.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
- used, opened or damaged products
- items not in their original condition
Warranty
We provide warranty in accordance with Swiss law.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact: orders@ffhomeware.ch
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Liability
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Data Privacy
We process personal data only to fulfill your order and operate our shop.
No tracking or third-party analytics tools are used.

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
All contracts are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
